Our owner’s have full access to their owner portal and Property Managers who offer many easy-to-read financial statements on a regular basis. These include: Owner Statement, Annual Budget, Gross Potential Rents, Property Performance, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Detail, General Ledger, Tenant Survey Responses, and many more!

Operations Management, Maintenance & Construction

Corral de Tierra Realty proudly offers full-time management and maintenance staff to maintain over 350 units we currently manage. Eric Phelps, Owner/ Broker, is actively involved in day-to-day management and implements new systems often to assist our owners in ease of management. We have many contacts from painters to contractors to assist you in any of your updating needs.

Corral de Tierra Realty markets vacancies on over 20 websites including but not limited to Zillow, HotPads, Trulia, Craigslist, Rent.com, Facebook, Rental Source, Instagram, Apartment List, and many more! This ensures we obtain many leads for our vacant units and reduce unit turnovers by weeks and even months compared to our competition! Before listing an available rental, we complete an in-depth market analysis and review with the owner to ensure we are getting you the best income at or above the current market value.
