The company founder and lead broker, Eric Phelps, has been active in the California real estate market since 1992. Eric saw the need for a trusted brokerage in the Highway 68 corridor and decided to open Corral de Tierra Realty. Corral de Tierra Realty was founded in 1994 by Eric Phelps who Is the current Broker/ Owner.He is a lifelong resident of Corral de Tierra and knows the surrounding area intimately. His experience and first-hand knowledge gives our clients an advantage when it comes to negotiating contracts and finding the best deals on the market.

Eric believes that knowledge is power, and he regularly invests time, energy and money updating his skills and knowledge base. He currently holds a California real estate license, broker credentials, and Certified Occupancy Specialist training from the National Center of Management Housing (NCHM). Eric is also a member of the California Association of Realtors (CAR), California Apartment Association (CAA), and is an active member of the community. He is a Certified Property Manager, a Fair Housing Specialist, and a Certified Manager of Maintenance.
